People are kind
I really like my current support worker. I think she’s really sticking her neck out for me. Going above and beyond. That kind of thing.
It feels really good.
Also had a good experience this week reaching out to someone I haven’t spoken to in a few years. She helped me through a really difficult thing.
Asking for help is really difficult. But sometimes people are really kind and it’s totally worth pushing through every moment I feel like running away and hiding.
